This conference is a collaboration between Liverpool John Moores University, Hope University, Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, the University of Liverpool and Liverpool Community College and is supported by the Leadership Foundation (part funded).

Aims of the conference

• To identify and champion existing good practice
• To explore how leaders at all levels within an organisation can drive change
• To identify the barriers to change in organisations and to develop realistic strategies for overcoming these
• To have a real impact on practice, both in educational  and employment establishments
• To consider the business case and legislative compliance
