This website takes every precaution to protect our
users' information. When users submit sensitive information via
the website, their information is protected both online and
off-line. Our registration does not ask users to enter sensitive
information such as credit card number. All of our users'
information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is
restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information
to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service
representative) are granted access to personally identifiable
information. The servers that store personally identifiable
information are in a secure environment, in a locked, and
professionally managed facility.

Data Protection Policy Statement.
Aimhigher Greater Merseyside is committed to meeting its
obligations under the Data Protection Act of 1998. Aimhigher
Greater Merseyside will strive to observe the law in all collection
and processing of subject data and will meet any subject access
request in compliance with the law. Aimhigher Greater Merseyside
will only use data in ways relevant to carrying out its legitimate
purposes and functions as a charity in a way that is not
prejudicial to the interests of individuals.
Aimhigher Greater Merseyside will take due care in the collection and storage of any sensitive data. Aimhigher Greater Merseyside staff will do their utmost to keep all data accurate, timely and secure.
All Aimhigher Greater Merseyside staff, whether permanent or temporary, and voluntary workers, must be aware of the requirements of the Data Protection Act when they collect or handle data about an individual.
